This product is a pre-order custom-made item and is non-refundable. Please consider carefully before purchasing.

Q: “What should I do if I receive a defective item?”

When receiving your package (at home or at a pickup point), please immediately record a complete unboxing video (starting with the shipping label visible).

All after-sales claims must be supported by this video. Issues not shown in the video or incomplete unboxing footage will not be eligible for after-sales service. If you notice damage caused during shipping upon receipt, please refuse the delivery immediately.
